We collect the phone numbers of callers who reach your protected business line, along with message content exchanged through the system. We collect your business contact information during account setup.
Caller phone numbers are used solely to send the automated text-back message configured for your account. We do not sell, share, or use caller data for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-out requests from callers (reply STOP) are honored immediately and permanently.
Call logs and message history are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
