CallBack by Local Quality Pros is a missed-call text-back service for home-service contractors. When a call to your designated business number goes unanswered, the system automatically sends a text message to the caller on your behalf.
CallBack is offered on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time by texting CANCEL to your account number. Your service remains active through the end of the billing period.
By subscribing to CallBack, you authorize Local Quality Pros to send and receive text messages on behalf of your business number. Standard message and data rates may apply to your customers. Customers can opt out of messages by replying STOP.
You agree not to use CallBack to send messages that are harassing, deceptive, or in violation of applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.
Local Quality Pros is not responsible for carrier delays, message non-delivery, or business losses resulting from system downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding month.
